This is my blog on all of the above, and then some. Part of a course I am doing to change career directions. Which naturally ties in with THE BUCKET LIST (herein named ‘TBL’). Everyone should have a bucket list. If there’s one thing I have learnt in my mature years, is that the old cliché is true;

• You never know what’s around the corner
• Seize the Day
• Make it count
• Don’t save the sexy underwear for a special occasion

Ok, that was more than one old cliché.
I started TBL at 48, after a major life change (ummmm read divorce).
The first thing I did, after selling up the big house, buying an orange couch and purchasing a little townhouse more in keeping with my wannabe lifestyle, was to create TBL.
Number one on that list? Travel overseas.
And I did.
With a girlfriend.
A little further down TBL was ‘find Man of Dreams-(MOD)’ to do stuff with, like travel.
I mean, time with first-best-girlfriends is awesome. All us women need FBGF’s and definitely rely on them. But sometimes it’s nice to do something with a person who can contribute different things, like, well, a man.
So I did. I found MOD.
And you, my new friends, are going to hear all about where that took me.
