I’m a very proud Aussie, living in Christchurch, New Zealand.

My home town of Ballarat is a little place 105km west of Melbourne, Australia.

Famous for it’s gold rush history, culture and very well preserved Victoria era heritage, Ballarat has a population of about 116,000.

Christchurch is just over three times that, with a population of approximately 377,000. It’s a truly beautiful city to live in with 1750 parks and gardens and yet a small town feel.

This blog has a ‘blog’ component (naturally), and a Portfolio of some of the work I did whilst completing a Professional Writing and Editing course.

Essentially however, it’s my travel blog.
